Required Documents (KYC)

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Prepare the following:

• NID or Passport (clear photo, both sides)
• Phone number (active Bangladeshi number)
• Email address (valid and accessible)
• 18+ age confirmation
